Daily Catering Sponsor

All daily catering (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea) will be held onsite in the foyers of the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre, centring around the exhibition hall.

Please note there are no sponsored registration passes with this package.
Coffee Sponsor
Coffee $3,500 incl. GST
A cappuccino station will be onsite at the Conference on Tuesday and Wednesday to serve fresh drinks.
- Stations will be branded and instantly recognisable as being sponsored by your organisation.
- Delegates will be free to approach at any time throughout these two days for a complimentary beverage.
Please note there are no sponsored registration passes with this package.
You have the opportunity to supply you own cups for this station.
Keynote Speaker Sponsor
Keynote Speaker $3,000 incl. GST
All delegates will be attending the Keynote Addresses, so sponsoring our high profile and much sought after Keynote Speakers will guarantee your Company a unique and expansive method of promotion.

Program and Proceedings Sponsor
Program & Proceedings $3,000 incl. GST
By sponsoring the Conference Proceedings your Organisation will have:
- The exclusive logo rights to the front page/screen of the Conference Proceedings and front cover of the Conference Program.
- One full back page advert within the Conference Program, and two full A4 pages will be reserved within the Conference Proceedings for your advertisements.
- Your logo will be recognised on both the Sponsors banner and Conference website.
- Access to the Early Bird registration rate at all times for one (1) of your organisation’s participants.
Name Badge Sponsor
Name Badge $1,500 incl. GST
Your organisation’s logo will feature alongside the Conference Logo on all 2015 double-sided Conference name badges.
Pen, Pad or Product Sponsor
Pen, Pad or Product $500 incl. GST
Insertion of an A4 pad or pen into the Conference Satchel. All stock is to be supplied by the sponsor and delivered to the Conference Secretariat no later than one (1) month prior to the start of the Conference. Products may display your company name or logo. Only one of each type of sponsorship is available.
Literature Sponsor
Literature $100 incl. GST
Insertion of one (1) piece of literature into the Conference Satchel. All literature is to be supplied by the sponsor and delivered to the Conference Secretariat no later than one (1) month before the start of the Conference.
Cancellation Policy
All sponsorship cancellations must be made in advance in writing and are subject to fees.
- Cancellations on or before Friday 14 August 2015 will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the sponsored item/s.
- No refund will be given to cancellations requested after Friday 14 August 2015.
